2. About Us (Halal Commitment)

We are a halal-certified business based in South Korea, offering food and grocery products that follow Islamic dietary laws (Halal).
All products we sell are 100% halal, sourced from verified halal suppliers.
We do not sell or promote any item containing pork, alcohol, or other haram ingredients.


3. Definitions

  • Customer / User: Anyone who uses our Platform or places an order.

  • Order: Any confirmed purchase placed through our Platform or physical store.

  • Digital Wallet / Store Credit: Refund or prepaid balance usable on our Platform.

  • Coupon / Offer: Discount or promotional voucher we issue.


4. Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must be at least 14 years old to use our services.

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure.

  • You’re responsible for all activity under your account.

  • We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, misuse, or violations of these Terms.


5. Our Services

We provide:

  • Halal restaurant meals prepared under strict hygiene and halal standards.

  • Halal groceries and essentials via our online mart and delivery network.

  • Pickup and dine-in services at our store.

  • Discount programs, wallet credits, and promotions.

We may update or modify our services for operational, quality, or legal reasons.


6. Product Information & Pricing

  • Prices are shown in KRW (₩) or BDT, depending on your location.

  • All prices include applicable taxes.

  • Images and descriptions are for illustration; actual items may vary slightly.

  • Prices and availability can change before order confirmation.


7. Orders & Payments

  • Orders may be placed online, by phone, or in person.

  • We accept bank transfers, cards, local wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • Once confirmed, we send a notification via SMS, app, or phone call.

  • If an order cannot be completed (e.g., out of stock), we’ll issue a full refund to your payment method or store credit.


8. Delivery & Pickup

  • Delivery time depends on your area, traffic, and product type.

  • We use our own riders or trusted couriers.

  • Once delivered or picked up, responsibility transfers to you.

9. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Cooked Food

Not returnable after delivery unless wrong, spoiled, or damaged. Notify us within 2 hours for replacement or refund.

Groceries & Packaged Goods

Return within 3 days if unopened and unused.
Perishables or frozen items are non-returnable unless defective.
Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days to your payment method or store credit.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel before preparation or packing starts. Once started, cancellation may not be possible.
If we cancel your order, we’ll refund you in full.


10. Coupons, Offers & Store Credit

  • Coupons are valid for limited time, non-cashable, and non-transferable.

  • Store credit may be used only for halal products on our Platform.

  • Any misuse may result in revocation or account suspension.


11. Your Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Provide false or misleading information.

  • Use unauthorized payment methods.

  • Attempt to hack or misuse our Platform.

  • Resell items for commercial purposes without permission.

  • Post haram, illegal, or offensive content.

  • Violate Korean law, Bangladeshi law (if applicable), or Islamic principles.


12. Privacy

We value your privacy and only use your data to process orders, payments, and customer service.

15. Limitation of Liability

We strive for accuracy and reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
We’re not liable for indirect losses like loss of profit or data.
For any direct claim, our total liability will not exceed the order amount paid.
